The HydraPak Flux 1.5L Filter Kit combines a collapsible soft flask with an integrated hollow fibre filter, giving you access to safe drinking water directly from streams, lakes and rivers. The filter removes 99.999% of E. coli bacteria and 99.9999% of parasitic cysts, including Giardia lamblia and Cryptosporidium — relevant waterborne threats on NZ backcountry and tramping routes.

Filtration rate is greater than 1 litre per minute across a filter lifespan of approximately 1,500 litres. The Flux collapses flat when empty and packs down to pocket size, cutting the bulk of a hard bottle without sacrificing a 1.5L capacity when full.

The twist-to-drink nozzle provides high flow with minimal splash, and the flexible bail handle makes filling from a moving water source straightforward. A dust cover keeps the nozzle clean between drinks.

Kit includes: Flux 1.5L bottle and 42mm filter cap. BPA and PVC free.

Note: Do not freeze the filter. Freezing damages the hollow fibre membrane. In cold conditions, keep the filter cap in a jacket pocket or close to your body
