In the unlikely event that your HydraPak product is defective, HydraPak NZ are here to help.

Please contact us at admin@hydrapak.co.nz to explain the nature of any defect, along with a copy of your invoice or order number and if possible, a photo of any defect and one of our team members will be only too happy to assist.

Please note: we highly recommend sending your warranty item to us via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect the processing of your warranty claim to take an additional 2 weeks.

How Do I File A Warranty Claim?

How do I find the production code on my reservoir?

Our production codes are embossed (stamped) into the plastic film.  Since they are not printed, they can sometimes be a little hard to find.  But knowing where to look can be a huge help.  

For Reservoirs, turn the reservoir to the back and look for the vertical seam on the left.  Once you locate the seam, you can find the code embossed about 1"-2" down from the top.

How do I get a replacement part?

HydraPak believes in providing low-cost replacement parts for our products.  If we can provide a part to get your product back to optimal performance AND save items from filling our landfill, then it is a win-win! 

If you want to upgrade your reservoir's tube connection or need to replace a bite valve on your reservoir, HydraPak.com offers a variety of replacement parts and accessories.

Also, if you discover that a part has failed prematurely, we will replace most parts under warranty (for any manufacturing defects or material failures) - file your claim here.

What does the warranty cover?

We go above and beyond with every product we make, and our warranty is no different. If you experience issues that are due to manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace the item under warranty. Manufacturing and material defects do not include, damage due to alteration, puncture, falls, mould, neglect, normal wear and tear and extreme weather conditions. Our warranty covers products made by HydraPak and Polar Bottle, including items made for Osprey, Salomon, Nathan, Katadyn, Ultimate Direction and many more!
